Patch Coronado, CA --Grammy-nominated Mexican star Espinoza Paz is among five new musical acts booked for the San Diego County Fair this year, it was announced.
Paz will be the first of the new acts, performing June 9. The others include:
The Huntington Beach-based trio Emblem 3, June 13.
· Country singer Kellie Pickler, who competed on “American Idol,” June 21.
· Nickelodeon television stars Big Time Rush and Victoria Justice, June 22.
· The Huntington Beach-based trio Emblem 3, June 13.
· Compton-based hip hop star Kendrick Lamar, June 28.
The fair's concert series opens June 8 with The Beach Boys.
Other highlights include:
· the Steve Miller Band June 15
· Martina McBride June 20
· Mount Carmel High alumnus and another “Idol” alum, Adam Lambert July 2.
